What people are saying

  • "Thank you so much for all your support and help with our rescue puppy. We couldn’t have gotten through this experience without the puppy training course or the doggy daycare. Phoebe loves seeing her friends weekly and enjoys all the play. Christina and Kat has helped our family so much and always answering questions. I felt so supported and will continue to work with them. If you have adopted a dog please consider reaching out to them for any questions or support, it was the best thing we did. Thank you girls so much!"

  • "I would highly recommend Be Well Dog Behaviour for anyone struggling with a pet. Dr. Christina is absolutely amazing and really the only person who has ever understood our dogs issues. She came to our house and assessed our dog. She didn’t try to throw training techniques at us…. she looked at the bigger issue which is our dogs severe anxiety. I am forever grateful for Dr. Christina."

  • "We started working with Christina at Be Well Dog Training for private dog walks with her helper dog Walter, last summer. Our dog, Popcorn, struggles with dog reactivity which means he rarely gets to socialize with other dogs. Not only did Popcorn enjoy many walks with Christina and Walter, Christina also helped with Popcorn's people reactivity and was regularly providing suggestions and advice. Most notably, I remember Christina teaching me extensively about proper body position to handle Popcorn when he lunges. Ultimately, working with Christina helped improve Popcorn's human reactivity and also allowed him with a safe outlet for play and socialization! "

  • "Christina and Kat are absolutely amazing! My Zoey has been attending Be Well Dog Behaviour & Training since she was three months old and is still going at nine months. She has completed two courses, in-home training, and attends Training Drop off every Tuesday with no plans of stopping. Thank you both for your knowledge, patience and most of all for taking such good care of Zoey and loving her as much as I do. I wish I could give a higher rating because you both are the best! Zoey and I appreciate you both!"

  • "Dr. Christina is the person I’d been searching for to entrust with the training of my two dogs and to teach them new behaviours replacing existing unwanted behaviours. Although they are family pets, they are also working breeds. With that in mind, she has given us the tools to give the proper exercise, enrichment and mental stimulation required for them to be able to thrive in a “family pet” household. She has made a step by step plan, breaking it down into simpler goals to help us be successful, allowing us to build on the small successes. This strategy is so important because it can be very stressful when the goals are set too difficult to achieve. Her plan is flexible. She quickly identifies what’s not working and adjusts the plan accordingly. Dr. Christina is very responsive and will answer any and all questions between sessions. It was important for me to find someone like Dr. Christina, who is like minded and utilizes the same training methodology that I believe in. I highly recommend her for all your dog training needs! She is wonderful!"

  • "Dr christina has been so incredibly helpful with managing my old dog's cognitive dysfunction and dog reactivity. Dog trainers are so hard to come by and it's even rarer to find a trainer that practices positive reinforcement and evidence-based methods. I'm a vet that practices Fear Free medicine so it was important for me to find a trainer that kept up to date with CE and shared my fear-free values. Thank you Dr christina for making Button's golden years as enjoyable as possible. 💕 We are so thankful for you"
